The Bible
We believe the whole Bible is inspired by God. It was written by people guided by the Holy Spirit, and it's without mistakes in its original form. The Bible is our ultimate source of guidance for life and faith, teaching us how to live in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21).
The Trinity (God)
We believe in one God who exists forever as three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. Each one is completely God and equally deserving of our worship (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
God the Father
God the Father is eternal, all-powerful, all-knowing, loving, and holy. He rules everything and keeps the universe going. He's the Father of Jesus Christ and all true believers (Genesis 1:1; Ephesians 4:6; John 1:12-13).
Jesus Christ (God the Son)
We believe Jesus is God's Son who came to Earth to save the world. He is fully God and fully human. He lived a perfect life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and went to Heaven. Jesus will return to Earth to bring judgment and fulfill God's plan (John 1:14; John 3:16; Luke 1:30-35).
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is God who came to glorify Jesus and help people be saved. He lives inside believers, giving them guidance and power to live holy lives and resist sin. The Holy Spirit also gives special gifts to help the church grow (John 16:7-8; 1 Corinthians 6:19; Galatians 5:16-23).
Humanity
God created people in His image, but sin caused separation from God. People cannot fix this relationship on their own and need God's help to be saved (Genesis 1:26; Isaiah 59:1-2; Romans 3:23).
Satan
Satan is real and works to deceive people and oppose God. Though he was defeated by Jesus, his judgment is delayed until the end times. Believers can resist Satan with faith and the Holy Spirit’s power (Genesis 3:1-5; James 4:7; Revelation 20:10).
Salvation
Salvation comes only through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. It's a free gift from God, not earned by good deeds. To receive it, a person must put faith in Jesus and turn away from sin. Believers are born again, forgiven, and kept secure by God's power (Ephesians 1:7; Romans 10:9-10; John 3:16).
The Christian Life
Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. They should follow God’s Word, mature in their faith, live holy lives, share the gospel, and do good works that glorify God (Galatians 2:20; Matthew 28:18-20).
The Church
The church is the body of Christ, with Jesus as its leader. The local church is a community where believers grow in love and unity, sharing the gospel and making disciples (Acts 1:8; Ephesians 4:12-16).
